Beaumont offers a full range of classes and support resources to help you through a cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

Look Good Feel Better

For women currently undergoing cancer treatment to improve their appearance and self image by teaching them hands-on beauty techniques to overcome the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatments.

Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi's goal is to improve health, prevent disease and promote longevity.

Yoga

This exercise program blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.

Support Groups

Even though family, friends and co-workers often pitch in to help, they may not be able to understand what a cancer patient experiences as well as another patient.

Caregivers Support Group

A support group for spouses, signficant others and life partners.

I Can Cope

To support you and your loved ones through the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, Beaumont's social workers are available to meet with you and your family.

One-to-One Ovarian Cancer Support Group

Through personal calls, monthly meetings and newsletters, One-to-One offers support to each member, whether newly diagnosed or experiencing a recurrence.

Positively Empowered

This group provides an avenue for women, men and family members who carry a BRCA mutation to meet each other and learn about the topics that are relevant and valuable to them.

Head and Neck Cancer Support Group

This group provides education and emotional support to individuals who are diagnosed with cancers of the head and neck.

Sharing and Caring Breast Cancer Support Group

A patient-driven volunteer network committed to helping breast cancer survivors on their journey to recovery.

Breast Cancer Education and Support

This group provides information and emotional support to individuals who have breast cancer. Services are appropriate for women at all stages of treatment.

Silver Linings

For women who have completed cancer treatment. This course teaches tools of mindfulness and empowerment.

Us – Too Prostate Group

This group provides information and emotional support for men with prostate cancer.  Families and friends are also welcome to attend.
